The Restaurant Production Certificate program equips students with essential culinary skills for managing diverse food service establishments. Coursework in food management covers inventory oversight, operational evaluation, procurement, food preparation, team leadership, and staff administration.

Students refine their skills by running South's Food Court (offering both traditional and modern menu options, a quick-service grill, convenience foods, and a deli counter) and Alhadeff Grill, a full-service restaurant showcasing made-to-order dishes that reflect the culinary style of premium Pacific Northwest eateries.

The program maintains strong industry partnerships to create practical, cutting-edge curriculum that prepares graduates for rewarding careers in hospitality.
