The Food Science program provides outstanding prospects for graduate-level studies and research, preparing students for careers in academia or the food industry. Graduate candidates gain in-depth knowledge in areas like food processing, innovation in product development, and food safety protocols. This interdisciplinary program is overseen by the Department of Dairy and Food Science but also incorporates fields such as animal science, cereal processing, and agricultural & biosystems engineering.
