Qualification Requirements

Seton Hall welcomes applications from international students for admission into full-time graduate degree programs. Prospective international applicants are advised to consult with representatives from the College or School to which they are applying.
In addition, the Office of International Programs (OIP) provides counseling and support for all student visa and immigration issues, and also assists international students in becoming active members of the University and surrounding community. The OIP offers a variety of services and social/cultural activities for this purpose. A completed Graduate Application Form and application fee. An original transcript, or original transcripts, pertaining to all previous study and/or academic credentials earned must be submitted to the University by the issuing agency or institution. All credentials in languages other than English must be accompanied by certified English translations. All applicants whose first language is not English, including those currently enrolled in US institutions, must present evidence of their ability to successfully conduct and complete their studies in English. Qualifying applicants must take, and submit official scores attained on, either the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
