The Special Education Transition Certificate equips secondary special educators and guidance counselors with essential knowledge, abilities, and expertise to support youth and young adults moving toward postsecondary options. This program meets the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) transition standards. Upon completing the four-course, 12-credit curriculum, participants receive a Seton Hall University graduate certificate. These credits can also be transferred toward a Master of Arts in Special Education degree.
