The 5-Year B.S./M.A. dual degree program in Diplomacy and International Relations enables School of Diplomacy undergraduates to obtain both a bachelor's and a 45-credit master's degree through an accelerated course of study. Prospective students may apply for this combined program during their initial freshman application process. Additionally, undergraduates who have earned 66 credits by their junior year's first semester and fulfilled Diplomacy program prerequisites can apply for the master's track. Upon acceptance, students commence graduate-level coursework during what would traditionally be their senior year.

Students who submit the TOEFL in lieu of the SAT should have a 550 (paper-based), 213 (computer-based) or 79 (internet-based) TOEFL score, a 6.0 IELTS score.
