This program is tailored for students pursuing an Associate of Science - Track 2 degree with a focus on Industrial Engineering and Material Science. Participants will explore how mathematics, scientific principles, and hands-on practice combine to create, enhance, and maintain products that shape everyday life. The curriculum offers diverse engineering applications through courses in natural sciences, computer science, mathematics, and engineering disciplines. Graduates will be prepared to transfer as juniors to four-year institutions for engineering or related studies, while also gaining access to numerous engineering career paths.
An Industrial Engineering/Material Science concentration offers multiple professional possibilities, such as:
