The Mathematics department is committed to equipping students with the foundational knowledge needed to build thriving careers and smoothly transfer to four-year colleges. Annually, the range of professions requiring fundamental math competencies expands. Fields like environmental science, architecture, business administration, healthcare professions, computer science, engineering, natural resource management, behavioral sciences, and visual arts represent just a fraction of these opportunities.
Graduates of high schools or equivalent are eligible for admission, with the equivalent of a GPA of 2.0 or better.
Students must be 18 years or older by the start of the semester without restrictions.
