In order to apply to the 093 certification program, the candidate must have at least two years of experience working under their 092 certificate and currently be an administrator.

Superintendent endorsement - candidates must have an endorsement from their current superintendent of schools, attesting to the candidate's fitness for the program and superintendent's willingness to allow the candidate to do internship work in another school system as well as their current system.
