The STEM program (encompassing science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) at Sacred Heart University offers an interdisciplinary curriculum rooted in the natural sciences. This major serves undergraduates pursuing careers in Elementary Education, providing a pathway to continue into the fifth-year graduate program within the College of Education. Successful completion leads to Elementary Education certification along with a Master of Arts in Teaching degree. Additionally, STEM graduates can further their studies to obtain a Certificate of Advanced Studies in STEM Education through the College of Education.
