The Mathematics Department provides degree programs customized to meet each student's unique goals. For undergraduates, we feature a Bachelor of Science (BS) program with three specialization options. The BS program equips students for professional mathematics careers or advanced graduate studies. Students can also choose an Actuarial Science specialization within the BS program, which grants Validation by Educational Experience (VEE) credit and readies them for the initial two actuarial examinations.
We provide a flexible Mathematics Minor that complements various business and STEM fields. Additionally, our Mathematics Minor - Teaching Grades 5-8 program trains future educators for certification in late childhood to early adolescence (middle school) instruction.

Qualification Requirements
High School Academic Records: A minimum GPA (grade point average) of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) in high school and have earned a high school diploma
International College/University Academic Records: A minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) in an accredited international post-secondary institution (college/university)
U.S. College/University Academic Records: A minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) if transferring from an accredited U.S. college with at least 24 credit hours (approximately one year of college work)
English Language Requirement
TOEFL score of at least 68 (iBT) is required. In addition, a minimum score of 15 is required in each section (internet).
IELTS: Overall score of 6.0 with a minimum score of 5.0. in each band of the IELTS is required. If a lower score is earned in any of the five band scores, the overall score cannot be accepted.
PTE: Overall score of 47.
