All candidates must have the following courses, these courses may require prerequisites based upon placement scores. 

Prerequisites for Admission

If you apply for admission within 12 months of graduating from high school within the last 12 months, you may use the following high school courses: 

  • Biology and Chemistry
    • Note: a 3.0 or better is required for high school biology and chemistry courses.
    • If you do not meet the 3.0 requirement, you may need to complete introductory biology and introductory chemistry¬†

If you apply for admission more than 12 months after graduating from high school, you will need to complete the following college-level courses: 

  • Introductory biology (i.e. BIOL& 100, 5 credits or high school biology if applying for admission to the program within 12 months of high school graduation)
  • Introductory chemistry (i.e., CHEM& 100, 5 credits or high school chemistry if applying for admission to the program within 12 months of high school graduation)¬†

Provide a copy of your current I-20. 
Send copies of your complete academic records from studying in the United States. 
Transcripts or diploma of last school or university attended.
Photocopy of the photo page of your passport.
