The Master of Public Policy and Juris Doctor (MPP/JD) program is a collaborative degree offered by the School of Public Policy and Caruso School of Law.
This dual-degree curriculum enhances the training of future leaders who require deeper policy knowledge and advanced skills for navigating legal practice or private sector interactions with complex government systems.
Rooted in Christian values of community-based solutions, our MPP/JD program focuses on nonprofit management, recognizing these organizations often work closely with government entities or deliver essential social services.
Pepperdine's distinctive MPP/JD program emphasizes the vital role of intermediary institutions between federal governance and citizens, while highlighting the significance of local and state governments. It prepares professionals to understand and manage public policy impacts both domestically and internationally within business contexts.
