The Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership program equips PreK-12 leaders across different positions to build and maintain robust educational communities.

Our EdD program is designed for aspiring school administrators seeking leadership positions in public or private PreK-12 institutions, district offices, or county education departments.

Participants develop skills to combine, analyze, and implement theories and practices that enhance research, shape national and international policies, and drive organizational leadership transformations.

This cohort-based doctoral program follows a practitioner-scholar approach, blending academic study, practical experience, and research. Through demanding coursework and applied learning, students master leadership theories, educational practices, policy development, and related disciplines. The program emphasizes real-world application, including one international and one domestic study trip, and concludes with a doctoral dissertation.
