The Ph.D. program offers exceptional flexibility as it doesn't mandate a set number of credit hours for graduation. Students work closely with their academic advisors to design individualized study plans, though a minimum of 18 credits in Educational Leadership coursework is required. Pursuing supplementary courses beyond this discipline is highly recommended to bolster research focus areas. Additionally, all candidates must enroll in a three-credit Pro-seminar course, usually held in fall, providing program orientation and faculty introductions while showcasing their diverse academic contributions. The spring semester features another essential offering: Review of Research in Educational Leadership.
