The Educational Leadership doctoral program offers multiple study pathways to help candidates achieve their professional aspirations, whether as a K-12 school administrator, nonprofit leader, education researcher, or government official. This flexible Ed.D. program enables students to pursue their doctorate while simultaneously earning Superintendent or Principal Certification. Working closely with faculty advisors, students tailor their coursework to align with their goals while receiving guidance to develop essential research skills for dissertation completion. The 60-credit (post-master's) curriculum covers topics like organizational leadership, school-community partnerships, education law, special education policy, data-driven decision-making, and curriculum development. Designed for working professionals, the program offers both full-time and part-time options with evening classes.
