The Anatomy Master's Program equips students to advance into professional degree programs (such as MD, DDS, or DPT) or pursue PhD research. Graduates also gain qualifications to teach Anatomy or enter health-related industries. This MS in Anatomy suits those seeking graduate-level anatomical training for professional development or career clarification. The 30-credit master's degree offers two tracks: Thesis (involving research) and Non-Thesis, typically completed within two years. Degree candidates study core anatomical disciplines (Gross Anatomy, Histology, Embryology, Neuroanatomy, and seminars) alongside advanced courses in their specialization, which may include anatomy, medical sciences, or other relevant fields. Thesis students additionally conduct research projects. Both plans follow Graduate Studies Committee guidelines, though dual-enrolled professional/graduate students must choose the thesis option.
