With a rich legacy of pioneering advancements in nutrition and dietetics education, research, and community engagement, The Ohio State University is honored to present the Master of Dietetics and Nutrition (MDN). This clinical master's program delivers comprehensive academic instruction alongside hands-on supervised practice, aligning with the competency-based Future Education Model to equip graduates for entry-level roles as registered dietitian nutritionists. A joint initiative between the Department of Human Sciences in the College of Education and Human Ecology and the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in the College of Medicine, this program builds upon Ohio State's historic achievement as home to the nation's first coordinated dietetics program - a groundbreaking model that integrated classroom learning with clinical training and helped shape today's Future Education Model standards.
