The B.S. in Secondary Social Studies Education at NSU includes a specialized component featuring diverse social science courses that fulfill the Florida Department of Education's requirements for this major. These classes focus on creating curricula, teaching strategies, and evaluation methods for subjects like history, geography, government studies, economic principles, and societal structures at the secondary level.
