The Drama program gives students a comprehensive foundation in theater arts, with chances to participate in performances, design elements, construction, and production management. This program fosters a space where learners can cultivate their love for theater as both an artistic medium and a tool for personal development, self-expression, and social impact. Students will enhance their creativity across all life areas, understand theater's relevance to daily experiences, build teamwork, communication, and analytical abilities, and gain the expertise needed for advanced theater education at four-year institutions. The curriculum covers fundamental theater production aspects (such as performance techniques, scenic and costume design, makeup application, prop creation, lighting and sound design, directorial approaches, and the rehearsal-to-performance workflow) along with theater's extensive historical background. Participants will acquire practical experience through acting, technical production, and managing live theatrical events.
