The Master of Public Administration (MPA) is a 36-credit professional degree that equips students for careers in public service and management. With small class sizes, professors can tailor their teaching approach, helping students gain the expertise required for success in government, healthcare, education, and nonprofit sectors. This program stands as the sole NASPAA-accredited MPA in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati, and one of just six across Kentucky.

Students can pursue the MPA entirely online or through a hybrid model combining in-person and digital instruction. Evening classes accommodate working professionals, with options including live online sessions, self-paced courses, independent research, and international study opportunities. The curriculum blends various teaching methods - from traditional lectures to hands-on projects, group work, community engagement, and technology applications like data analytics and geographic information systems.
