The Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) program, specializing in Engineering Education, equips mathematics and science educators with the tools to incorporate cutting-edge technological knowledge—including nanotechnology, fuel cells, and advanced manufacturing—into their curriculum. Designed for middle and high school teachers with industrial technology endorsements, this program aligns with mathematics and science teaching standards while fostering innovative, research-driven instructional methods. Its core mission is to enable educators to adopt dynamic, transformative teaching strategies. The curriculum emphasizes four key areas: (1) hands-on learning through project-based and inquiry-driven approaches, (2) understanding adolescent identity growth, (3) conducting action research, and (4) developing teacher leadership skills. This program is exclusively available upon a school district's request.
