This 12-credit program offers experienced teachers with four or more years in the field an opportunity to earn a Teacher Leadership Endorsement for their certification.
Designed for efficiency, the program spans just two semesters (Spring/Summer or Fall/Winter), with courses delivered on-site in school districts through a hybrid format. Classes are scheduled consecutively, featuring two courses each semester. The curriculum can be customized to align with district priorities, including universal design, STEAM, social justice education, and other key focus areas. Program designers and instructors Drs. Monica Taylor and Emily Klein bring more than ten years of teacher leadership expertise in New Jersey to this initiative.

The Graduate School requires the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree in order to be eligible to apply for a graduate program.
