Qualification Requirements

Master's degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university.
A standard NJ educational services certificate with a school counseling endorsement or its out-of-state equivalent.
Three years of successful school counselor experience under a standard NJ or out-of-state school counselor certificate in grades preschool through 12 prior to admittance into the program.
Transcript: One from each college attended.
A minimum TOEFL score of at least 83 on the internet-based test (iBT) or 62 on the paper-based test (pBT).
For IELTS test takers, the minimum required score is 6.5.
