The Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling equips students for careers as professional counselors in various settings, including community organizations (such as substance abuse treatment centers, mental health clinics, and family service agencies) and private practice.
This curriculum meets the educational criteria for obtaining Licensed Professional Counselor credentials in Ohio. Students can complete the program either part-time or full-time, with full-time enrollment being recommended for optimal progress.
Program Learning Objectives
Upon completion, graduates will demonstrate the ability to:
