The Dual Degree Dual Certification program is an intensive pathway that results in teaching credentials for both Health/Physical Education and Special Education, along with earning both bachelor's and master's degrees.
The Bachelor's/MAT Dual-Certification Inclusive Education Program enables students to obtain both an undergraduate degree and a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) while earning teaching certifications for general and special education. This curriculum prepares educators to effectively teach students with and without disabilities. Undergraduate coursework covers general education and major requirements along with foundational education classes, while graduate studies focus on advanced education coursework, fieldwork, and student teaching experiences.
