Montana State's graduate program for educators specializing in Adult & Higher Education offers three distinct focus areas: Adult Education, Higher Education, and Student Affairs. Each specialization equips students with essential teaching skills for adult learners, covering topics like educational psychology, curriculum management, research methods, developmental theories, and program assessment. Doctoral candidates in the Ed.D. program can concentrate their studies on becoming either academic researchers or administrative leaders in postsecondary education environments.
Applicants must provide official transcripts verifying all Bachelors degree and Masters degree course work. Require an undergraduate and graduate GPA of at least 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
