Montana State's Fish & Wildlife Ecology & Management program enables students to study the ecology and conservation of various mammal, bird, and fish species within one of North America's most ecologically rich regions. Yellowstone National Park and the Gallatin Valley function as hands-on research sites, providing chances to collaborate with organizations like Colorado State University's National Resources Ecology Laboratory, the Association for Conservation of the Tropics, and Cape RADD. The Biological Sciences degree includes three specialized tracks: Biology Teaching, Conservation Biology & Ecology, and Organismal Biology.
