The full-time Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) is a two-year program that equips students with the skills needed for leadership positions in international companies, ranging from junior management to executive levels. The curriculum focuses on developing strategic business perspectives, enhancing leadership capabilities, and building comprehensive functional expertise while allowing specialization in a specific area to ensure professional success.
Participants in the full-time M.B.A. program must specialize in one of these areas: business analytics, finance, human resources and strategic management, marketing, or supply chain operations. Students can tailor their studies through elective courses aligned with their career aspirations, including options like risk assessment, organizational development, data analytics, innovation strategies, consulting practices, entrepreneurial ventures, international business, leadership methodologies, or performance optimization. Joint degree coursework requires approval from the full-time M.B.A. Program Director, who may also authorize relevant courses from other academic departments.
