The full-time Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) is a two-year program that equips students for leadership positions in international business, ranging from junior management to executive levels. The curriculum focuses on developing strategic business insights, leadership capabilities, and analytical skills while ensuring comprehensive knowledge across all business areas with specialized expertise in one discipline for career success.
Students in the full-time M.B.A. program must specialize in one of these areas: business analytics, finance, human resources and strategic management, marketing, or supply chain management. They can customize their studies through elective courses aligned with their professional aspirations, including options like risk analysis, talent management, business intelligence, innovation strategies, consulting, entrepreneurship, international business, leadership development, or performance optimization. Joint degree coursework requires approval from the full-time M.B.A. Program Director, who may also authorize relevant courses from other academic departments.
