The Women's & Gender Studies Program provides three academic pathways: Concentration, Minor, and Major. These options cater to students interested in examining women, gender, and sexuality through interdisciplinary approaches from the humanities, arts, and social sciences. The curriculum equips students with diverse analytical frameworks to explore these topics. Requirements include at least seven courses (84 units) beyond the foundational WGS.101 Introduction to Women's and Gender Studies and WGS.301[J] Feminist Thought, plus the pre-thesis tutorial (21.THT) and thesis (21.THT). Students may substitute two additional courses for the pre-thesis/thesis requirement, bringing the total to 11 courses if approved.
