The minimum acceptable total score on the Internet-Based Test (IBT) of the TOEFL exam is 90. The minimum acceptable total score on the IELTS exam is 6.5. The applicant ordinarily must have achieved a grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
