The Graduate Certificate program serves as a condensed alternative to the Master of Arts, ideal for students seeking graduate-level bioethics education without committing to a full master's degree. Our certificate candidates often hold related professional degrees or backgrounds in medicine, law, or ministry, finding the program enhances their current work or expands their professional horizons. For some, the certificate provides an introduction to bioethics, helping them make informed choices about future paths - whether pursuing advanced studies, clinical practice, consulting, or other directions.
Program Requirements
Comprising 12 credits across 4 courses, the Graduate Certificate in Bioethics can be finished within one academic year by enrolling in two courses each during Fall and Spring semesters.
