This 48-credit Master of Science program qualifies you for New York state certification in both Childhood Education and Special Education. You'll gain expertise in creating and delivering cutting-edge curricula for students in Grades 1 through 6, while specializing in teaching children with diverse needs such as intellectual disabilities, learning challenges, emotional/behavioral issues, developmental conditions, and physical impairments. All transcripts must be submitted in English or translated into English by a professional translation company. Applicants with a bachelor's degree that is less than three years in duration may be required to submit a NACES evaluation.
