The Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Wellness emphasizes key disciplines including human performance, exercise physiology, strength training, nutrition, biomechanics, sports administration, and adaptive fitness programming. This degree program builds a robust understanding of scientific, physiological, and psychological principles concerning athletic performance, health maintenance, fitness assessment, workout consistency, tailored exercise plans, inclusive wellness initiatives, and health education. Students gain qualifications for employment in various sectors including Fitness Facilities, Professional Athletics Organizations, Recreational Centers, Charitable Institutions, Corporate Wellness Firms, Hospitality & Cruise Lines, and the Media Sector. Alumni are well-equipped to advance to postgraduate studies in diverse healthcare fields such as exercise science, rehabilitation therapy, occupational health, sports healthcare, and fitness instruction.
This curriculum holds accreditation from both the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Undergraduate Applicants are required to submit the High School transcripts or its equivalent.
