The 120-credit Bachelor of Science in Childhood Education/Early Childhood program equips you to become a skilled, compassionate, and motivational educator for children from infancy through sixth grade.
Throughout your undergraduate studies, you'll explore child development theories, motivation strategies, and learning approaches for students ranging from infants to elementary school age. You'll develop expertise in fostering student engagement, encouraging independent learning, and promoting peer responsibility. The curriculum covers diverse subjects including science, music, and language arts while providing assessment techniques to evaluate children's cognitive, social, and physical growth.
