The Media Arts Department provides vibrant undergraduate and graduate programs featuring focused career pathways in digital sound, computer-generated imagery, film/TV/video creation, media research, media administration, scriptwriting, broadcast journalism, and photographic arts. Media Arts students at both undergraduate and graduate levels can pursue stimulating internship opportunities in New York City, recognized globally as the hub of media innovation.
The Bachelor of Arts program offers a flexible structure enabling students to specialize in particular disciplines or combine interdisciplinary studies, tailored to each learner's educational, creative, and career aspirations. Specialization options require completing 24+ credits in fields including: Computer Visualization, Digital Art, Motion Graphics and Interactive Design, Audio Engineering and Sonic Composition, Cinematic Arts and Digital Filmmaking, Media Leadership, Traditional and Digital Photographic Techniques.
