The Doctor of Audiology program is a clinical doctorate designed to train future licensed audiologists. This curriculum focuses on the foundational knowledge and clinical skills needed for assessing, treating, and delivering hearing healthcare services. Graduates emerge as autonomous practitioners with expertise in identifying, addressing, and managing hearing and vestibular system conditions.
This Au.D. program requires full-time enrollment across 45 consecutive months following undergraduate studies, blending academic instruction, lab work, and hands-on clinical training to prepare graduates for national certification and Ohio state licensure. Students follow a structured progression of coursework combining theoretical learning with practical clinical rotations.
