The Bachelor's in Digital Marketing & Social Media is a joint program between the College of Engineering & Design and the College of Business.
This curriculum blends theoretical foundations with practical applications, equipping students with expertise in multiple technological domains including social media promotion, data gathering and interpretation, search engine optimization, content strategy, interface design and web management, digital research, mobile marketing, customer relationship management, and online advertising. The degree includes foundational general education courses alongside specialized professional studies, while also providing opportunities for industry-recognized certifications in various digital marketing specialties.
After graduating, students will be able to:
Gather and interpret data to assess digital marketing and social media campaign performance.
Review, assess, and enhance current digital marketing approaches to improve organizational visibility online.
Develop evidence-based strategies for managing content across social platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
Effectively present complex analytical findings to diverse audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
