Individuals holding a bachelor's degree in a different field who wish to transition into nursing can join an intensive graduate program to obtain a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). Distinct from conventional pathways, the MSN Entry into Nursing curriculum focuses on developing leadership skills, creating worldwide influence, ensuring quality and safety standards, and promoting evidence-based collaborative learning. The program's foundation combines humanities, public health, genetic studies, and both physical and organizational sciences with nursing applications. Upon completion, participants will gain advanced clinical training alongside essential skills for leadership positions or further doctoral studies. Graduates will qualify to sit for the NCLEX nursing certification and become registered nurses. The program also offers chances to delve into specialized interests such as international health initiatives, academic research, healthcare quality improvement, and various clinical specialties.
