A pre-med concentration gives students the essential groundwork for future medical school studies. Foundational classes ensure proficiency in statistics and epidemiology comprehension. Optional courses in physiology, higher-level toxicology, and environmental/occupational health not only address MCAT-relevant material but also help graduates stand out among medical school applicants. Successful applicants typically demonstrate solid expertise in fundamental sciences and mathematics.
