Iowa State's elementary education degree equips you to instruct all subjects for kindergarten through sixth grade. Graduates qualify for licensure recommendation from the Iowa Board of Education Examiners. Alongside the elementary education major, students must complete at least one additional endorsement specialization.
This program trains future educators to teach K-6 core subjects while specializing in a content area for grades K-8.
