Interdisciplinary engineering offers students with interests and abilities in engineering and science a pathway when their goals don't align with existing degree programs. Rather than following a fixed professional curriculum, this major provides extensive flexibility for cross-disciplinary education. Students collaborate with faculty advisors to create individualized study plans culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) degree with interdisciplinary engineering as their primary focus.
