Master the art of crafting exquisite pastries, cakes, decorative showpieces, and premium chocolates. Our comprehensive 16-month Baking and Pastry Arts curriculum provides the essential skills to launch your career in professional bakeries or patisseries.

The program includes 12 months of hands-on training at our culinary campus (spanning fall, spring, and summer semesters), followed by a paid baking externship to complete your education.

Progress through beginner, intermediate, and advanced pastry techniques while honing knife skills. The curriculum also covers critical industry knowledge including food safety, procurement, nutritional principles, and artistic presentation techniques.
