The 120-credit-hour B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration comprises 39 general education credits, 50 additional required credits, and 31 specialized HRT credits. The program also mandates completion of the Work Experience Practicum (HRT 3002), requiring students to accumulate 600 hours of hospitality industry experience prior to graduation.
