The Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Executive Leadership program equips you with essential skills for top-tier administrative and management roles. This track prepares you to guide teams, excel in advanced clinical practice, oversee service lines or clinical departments, influence health policy, and assume leadership positions in healthcare or academic settings. As a post-MSN program, the Executive Leadership track offers flexible completion options: a five-semester (2-year) or eight-semester (3-year) curriculum, with new cohorts beginning every fall. The program mandates at least 1000 clinical practicum hours, accepting up to 475 transferred hours from your MSN degree. Variable credit courses enable you to fulfill the remaining required hours. Applicants must submit our MSN Clinical Hours Verification form, completed by their previous degree-granting institution.
