HPU's M.A. in Strategic Communication delivers the professional expertise required in today's information-driven marketplace. Graduates enter careers in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Management, Advocacy, Digital Communications Leadership, and other fields requiring messaging, brand management, and persuasive communication in corporate and public sectors. The program enhances strategic communication training with a global perspective, leveraging HPU's prime Pacific location, while offering technical instruction in web/graphic design, video production, and digital media platforms. Admission to the program requires a B.A. or B.S. degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the U.S., or equivalent degree from an accredited institution in another country.
English Language Score: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): Score of at least 550 (pct.) or 80 (iBT); International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Overall band score of at least 6.0; Pearson Test of English (PTE): Score of at least 55; Duolingo English test: Score of at least 105; Cambridge Score: Score of at least 176; Step Eiken: Test level of Grade 1; iTEP (International Test of English Proficiency): Score of at least 3.9; ELS Language Center: Completion of level 112. Application Deadlines: July 1st for Fall entry.
