The Harvard Medical School Master of Medical Sciences in Global Health Delivery (MMSc-GHD) program equips students with essential management, program development, and research skills to excel as leaders in global health delivery. This degree program delivers a challenging interdisciplinary curriculum that builds capabilities for conducting social science, delivery science, and policy research in resource-constrained environments. A central feature of the MMSc-GHD involves hands-on, faculty-mentored global health research leading to a master's thesis. The program links students with prominent global health faculty while providing practical skills to execute initiatives and build meaningful careers in the field. Graduates will gain the ability to: Conduct comprehensive research using qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methodologies, Recognize and tackle critical global health challenges, and Develop and manage health improvement programs across diverse environments, particularly in resource-limited settings.
International students who have studied for at least one year at an accredited institution in the United States or Canada, and have completed the course requirements.
English Language Scores: On the TOEFL, applicants must score a minimum of 100 (total score, taken within two years of application). On the IELTS, applicants must score a minimum of 7.5 (taken within two years of application).
