Students gain hands-on experience in both traditional board drafting and modern computer-aided drafting (CAD). This curriculum equips individuals to utilize technical knowledge and skills in creating detailed working drawings and electronic simulations that assist mechanical engineers, industrial engineers, and related specialists. Participants learn to implement fundamental engineering principles and technical capabilities to support engineers during the design and development stages of diverse projects involving mechanical systems. The program covers mechanical principles, their application to engineering systems, design validation methods, rapid prototyping, and 3-D printing. Additionally, students will develop familiarity with manufacturing materials and techniques, mechanical drafting, basic hydraulic and electronic diagrams, introductory metallurgy, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, blueprint interpretation, and technical communication.
Admission to the college is open to anyone who has completed High School and 9th grade transcript
English Proficiency Requirements:
TOEFL iBT 61 or higher on the international TOEFL or the iBT Special Home Edition while TOEFL testing centers are closed during the COVID-19 pandemic
IELTS 5.5 no band lower than 5.0
Official ACT score of 14 in ELA (English Language Arts) with completed writing section
Official SAT Score of not lower than English Language Arts 410 and Math 430
Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) O level with C in English as First Language, or B in English as Second Language
Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) of no lower than 46
STEP/EIKEN score of Grade Pre-1 or better
Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) English as First Language score of C or higher; or English as Second Language score of B
Duolingo score of no lower than 95
English Language Level Test, ELLT overall score of 4 (B2) with no band lower than 3 (B1+).
