The A.A.S. in Automated Industrial Process program equips students for careers in instrumentation and process control. Graduates will gain the skills to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams, blueprints, and schematics. Their responsibilities will include repairing, maintaining, calibrating, and adjusting measurement instruments, as well as performing scheduled preventative maintenance in industrial settings. Electronics Technology Instrumentation technicians work across diverse industries to maintain equipment that regulates temperature, pressure, material flow, and the speed and position of objects. These technicians are prepared for employment in various manufacturing sectors that utilize process control systems, such as those producing automobiles, electronic devices, cardboard containers, and food products.
