The Department of Modern Languages and Literature aims to equip students for global citizenship, instilling the responsibility, compassion, cultural awareness, and dedication to equity that characterize Jesuit education. The German language program enhances your listening, speaking, reading, and writing proficiency while deepening your knowledge of German-speaking nations' heritage. Students may pursue a German minor through our department.
